Medicaid Facilities??

Does anyone know of a good senior living facility that accepts Medicaid? My sick mother currently lives in a facility that does not accept Medicaid and she is running out of money quickly. I will go broke taking care of her unless I can find somewhere that accept Medicaid. She checks all the boxes and will almost certainly qualify. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
