Open Late Restaurants that are warm?

Midtown/montrose/river oaks area. looking for Places that have great cold weather food items. Ramen never fails but i only know of one place that is open late, and i'm looking for something new! Bonus Points if they're doing anything Halloween tonight (10/31)!!
