Saw a truck pulled over on the freeway and then another car pulled over and seemed to asked something then started putting up what looked like 2 “hang ten” hand gestures at the same time. What does this mean?
I’m female so I didn’t stop but 2 other cars did. Wondering if this is a road sos sign I’m not familiar with.
