is this house prices for real?

i just searched for house prices at a site called realtor, the prices here are super cheap:

an appartment in my country 750 sqft in 4th floor with no elevator is about 200k$ in the worst places if you can find one while being super lucky if no one takes it first, and you get no land or anything like that.

is this fishy or is it a real thing? like.. i can demolish the whole house, build a small house from scratch, and still save few hunder thousands and having a huge garden…
