On foot in Montrose – where would you go?

My car’s in the shop from getting rear ended and my house is under construction due to toxic mold so I’m staying in Montrose for the time being!

It’s been a few weeks now and I’ve done most of the obvious things – fancy coffee shops and restaurants, everything around the Menil… It has also been lowkey very cool to walk to the grocery store. I was disappointed to learn the neighborhood library is closed on weekends but it is a lovely building. There’s still a lot of nice buildings here that I’m definitely noticing more that I did when I drove through this part of the city!

I am hoping to explore further so, what else would y’all do around here during the day, on foot?
