Halloween Makeup and Supplies?

What's the best place in Houston to find quality Halloween makeup and supplies? I used to go to Arne's but the last time I went it all seemed like cheap s**t, and they didn't have most items that seem pretty standard for costumes.

If I wanted "theatrical quality" liquid latex, bald caps, and other supplies, where should I go?
