What neighborhood goes all out on Halloween decorations?

River Oaks is famous for their over-the-top holiday displays. Does any other neighborhood go hard on Halloween (obviously not RO/holiday level)? My trick-or-treating days are long gone and I'm in the twilight of my party days but I can still appreciate a good spooky set-up.
