How do you all feel about our pitching coaches/non-player staff?

There’s lots of talk about players and the manager role in terms of changes, but how do you all feel about the pitching coaches?

Personally, I think the organization needs to have a deep look into our pitching coaches/non-player staff, their techniques and technology, and overall approach. While it’s not surprising to see some regression (even a few pitchers with serious regression), the whole staff seemed to take several steps back. It’s not just pitch selection and catching, they were not great at throwing strikes consistently. They had a whole season to figure out the pitch clock if that was an issue early on, but we only saw minor improvements with a few guys. I understand some of this is due to pitch calling and game planning, but it’s hard to entirely blame individuals for me when the whole staff have the same issues; too many walks, too many HRs.
