Need ways to find money FAST

Long story. In a bind with college, loans didn't go through so I need $1213 or my classes get cancelled and I may have to withdraw. That would mean I'm stuck in Houston because my car is broken and plane tickets are a pain at the moment

What are ways to get money fast? I'm very desperate and I don't know what to do. My full time job was cancelled twice, my current part time job is reducing hours again and I was approved for UI months ago but never got a single penny. I'm in a real bind and I could use help
