Water leak notification from MUD

I received a mail saying the smart meter detected 21 gallons of water was leaking every day. It just asked me to sign up for an app to monitor. It didn’t mention anything about billing or fixing. My meter is a weird place and I can’t see it. I checked around the house and didn’t see any leakage.

Does anyone receive a similar notification? What should I do?
