Federal court denies SJRA’s motion to dismiss Quadvest antitrust lawsuit

Plaintiffs allege the SJRA has conspired to establish a monopoly on water supply in Montgomery County by purchasing all available surface water resources in the region. The SJRA called the lawsuit “frivolous.”
