Are the shows on the “giant screen” at HMNS any good?

We’re taking the kids to the Houston Museum of Natural Science tomorrow for the first time and trying to decide if seeing one of the shows is worth our time/$. Same goes for the planetarium shows. If you’ve seen the shows, which ones did you like/dislike?
