Bald eagle near the TMC?

Ornithologists or other bird connoisseurs… did I see a bald eagle today?? I was driving through the Old Braeswood neighborhood just south of the TMC when I saw a large predatory bird fly overhead. From the bottom, it looked dark brown with no markings except a white head and tail. Apparently (per google) there’s not many birds with this distinctive appearance and I know bald eagles aren’t super rare anymore, but I can’t believe I’d just see one in the middle of Houston
