Which parks/public spaces are good for rollerblading?

My girlfriend and I just moved here a few months ago and we’re looking for good places to rollerblade. We live close to Rice so preferably something within a reasonable driving distance (~20 min). Is anyone familiar with chill spots to relax and enjoy the weather with some skates?
