Question on a specific neighbourhood (visiting)

Hey everyone,

I'm planning on visiting Houston this winter. Wondering how safe the area west of IAH is for a 5 day stay (Kleinbrook, Copper Creek, Milroy Farms). Alternatively, how is the Greater East Side/Lawndale Wayside area?
