Is electrical provider True Power out of business?

Is True Commodities LLC d/b/a True Power out of business? They were my power provider until I got an email saying I was transferred to another provider. When I asked for a reason, the gave me weird corporate jargon that the "authorities transferred my account to under the deregulations." I asked what authorities, they said their bosses. When pushed for more info, they said that is the maximum amount of info they can give me.

They said I get to keep my same plan but it seems odd that they can just shuffle accounts without consent just "because."
