Parking Revenue Recovery Services

Just wondering if anyone has had this issue also. So I just got a Ticket in the mail from this company. The reason states “payment made after the grace period”. Me and a friend went to the drake concert, we were planning on getting our GA admission wristbands & then leaving to get something to eat. Since i paid the $40 for toyota tundra garage & couldn’t leave & re-enter the garage we decided to park in a lot & then park in the garage when we came back. Upon entering this lot we immediately saw broken car window glass all over the place! Knowing several cars were broken into here we took a few minutes to put all the stuff we had in the trunk/glove compartment so everything was hidden. Once we got situated we walked up to a sign that had payment information. The app was very difficult to use & kept changing the times we put in. The sign stated parking was $3.50, the app kept wanting to charge us $75. we stood there at the sign for 5-10 mins. & finally got it to charge us for the correct hours. We came back to the car & left & then parked in the toyota center garage for the rest of the night. Let me state that they took the $3.50 out of my friends account, we didn’t stay after our allowed time either, which the photos on the ticket prove. It’s not like we were not trying to pay for parking, we were taking so long because we didn’t want my car to be broken into!!!!! (photos attached of broken glass everywhere). Now i’m being threatened with having a boot or towing my car when we paid the parking fee!!!!! This is all a scam! I plan on emailing a dispute email. On the ticket it states they are not a GOV agency, so can they actually tow or boot my car & can they actually hit my credit if i don’t pay this????
