Help needed: Birth Certificate

I’m in the process of ordering my child’s birth certificate, but I’m unsure of which city to use as the place of birth.

I delivered at Memorial Hermann – Katy

Maybe I’m stupid, and I could be answering my own question, but do I put Houston or Katy?
