Whats a nice restaurant for a special occasion that won’t break the bank?

Like I'm talking, 2 to 3 dollar signs vs 4 dollar signs. Something with really nice ambiance for a special occasion but you don't leave paying an arm and a leg for a decent meal for two with drinks
