The beltway dangerous

On 8N to pick up my visiting mom and almost got final destination’s by a 9” piece of rebar going 75 mph that came out of nowhere. Sheared through , hit passenger seat, ricocheted and hit my ankle. Glad I left my dog at home he would have been speared. One wind gust could have been me. Stay safe out there.
