Is there any place in Houston where you buy the meat and have someone cook it for you?

I’m visiting Houston at the end of October for my mother in law’s 60th birthday. She just recently moved there and she’s having a house party for 50 people (she’s in the Tomball area.) She’d like to serve something like brisket or ribs but thinks it would be too expensive to get it from a restaurant for that many people.

So does anyone know of a place where we can just buy meat in HEB and have them cook it and pick up and if this is even a thing here?

All I know is Texas = good bbq
