Neighborhood boundaries west of Heights

I’m a stickler for getting neighborhoods, especially historic Neighborhood and would love to help define the map of neighborhoods west of the heights inside the loop.

With the Heights association defining the heights as Shepard as the western boundary what neighborhoods are to the west of there.

Cottage Grove seems to fully be bound by the rail/i10 & Shepard/bayou.

Timber grove and Lazybrook have deed restrictions and seem to have that Hempstead/Rail/610 Bayou portion with Timbergrove extending past the bayou around 11th.

My big questions are how far south does shady acres extend and(outside of deed restricted Clark pines) what would you call the area north of 11th/west of Shepard that is not part of Timbergrove. I don’t think those townhomes by the Czech lodge would be Shady acres & according to surveys they are simply known as Heights Annex.

Even the largest maps of shady acres still seem to end it around 14th leaving a few blocks of unclaimed neighborhood.
