Houston-based apartment company buys Highland Village property

Houston-based Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT) recently acquired a trio of apartment projects just south of the Highland Village shopping district — plus room for future development.

Camden acquired Aria at Willowick Park, Olympia at Willowick Park, and The Townhomes at Willowick Park, which contain 552 units combined and previously were known as the Communities at Willowick Park. They will be renamed Camden Highland Village, according to a press release.
