Property management company- recs?

Hi all. Looking for recommendations for good (including small local) property management companies/ manager in Houston & which ones to avoid.

Note- not looking for advice on why I shouldn’t hire a property manager/ mgt company. I understand why someone may not want one but we all have different situations. Thank you in advance!
