Some people just suck. A neighbor 2 houses down moved and just let the dogs off the leash to run loose. They were tied up their entire life. Anytime you would interact with the tied dog on the porch he would pep up and be all happy. Off the leash they're even sweeter. Posting in hopes of finding a home for these beautiful dogs. We are willing to sponsor them. Pay for neuter, vaccines & food. Just need someone to foster them. And if anyone knows where I can report the owner, please let me know.
