Lawsuit from Houston

Hello I recently got into accident in Houston near a freeway no one was injured we called 911 the cop came but there was no way to determine who was at fault we exchange information and that was it no police report was filed and we didn’t get a citation or anything. A month later he sued me personally claiming the guy was seriously injured but the guy looked ok to me and the cop. The car I was driving was a mapping car think of those google maps cars you see I was under there insurance do they got me covered?
