Help – New to Houston Skilled Workers Unable to Utilize Their Skills

Did you newly immigrate to Houston or surrounding area, are a skilled worker who is unable to utilize your skills here, I would love to talk to you! I am completing my MBA at Rice and we are looking at what appears to be a big problem; new immigrants who are unable to utilize their skills from the country them immigrated. We are investigating how much of an issue is and potential solutions.
