The outdoor stage at White Oak Music Hall is dumb?

The title says it all. Alot of what I understand about this situation is hearsay and was gathered from chatting with crowds at White Oak, so please correct me if I am mistaken on policy. This is also not an indictment of White Oak as a business, more just complaining about the circumstances they operate under. I've always enjoyed White Oak, just not this stage. When White Oak opened, I thought the outdoor stage was great. However, the last few shows I've been to, the music played on the outdoor stage was turned way lower than at previous shows and the sets ended at 10pm on the dot. Asking around, it seems there is a newer policy put in place by the neighborhood/city that outdoor acts can't play over a certain volume and passed a certain time on week nights. Now I know the view is nice and being outside listening to music is nice. But personally, I'd rather have a longer and more audible set than the outdoor ambiance. Are these policies real or did I just get bum sets several tiles in a row? If these policies are real, why not host these weeknight shows on the large first floor stage?
