288 at Orem 9/16

Not sure if someone has posted about this shut down. Trying to get some insight into this closure. Maybe someone works in construction and knows? The billboards are saying ‘Expect Major Delays’. Are they shutting 288 completely down Orem? This is going to be a nightmare.
