Server Colocation Services / Data Center in Houston – request / ideas / sugestions

I am doing a project for and with the BuyScouts and we're looking for a cheap or reasonably priced server colocation service / data center. We have our own server, small footprint, and we can manage it ourselves remotely or get physical access here in Houston. Any ideas, suggestions, please? I am on a budget and everything comes out of my own pocket already 🙁
