Toll fees are ridiculous- help

So i just remembered to check the status of my toll balance and I’m not liking the fact it’s $300+ after reviewing the charges, there were just additional $10 & $20 fees added to each charge.

I’m wondering…could I call and ask them to remove those extra fees so that i can pay the original amounts of $1.75, $1.25 etc?

Has anyone had success with this?
