Caravan on I-10

Was on 45 eastbound just past the West Loop at 3:45pm today, and multiple DPS units were escorting a large eastbound caravan of at least 6-8 black tour busses with blacked out windows and no writing on the side. Anyone know what this was? Don’t think it was a touring band bc I saw no semis that would have all the band’s gear.
