Judge grants teachers union’s temporary restraining order against new HISD evaluation system

The temporary restraining order comes after the Houston Federation of Teachers filed a lawsuit against Superintendent Mike Miles and the board of managers alleging HISD violated state law with the implementation of its new teacher evaluation program.
