Good recommendations for commercial realtor and layers

Hello everyone, I am thinking of starting a business, I have scouted 4 locations so far and have reach out to landlords listing agents. Things are moving to the point where I need professional representation now. Would appreciate any good recommendations for a commercial real estate broker you have worked with before. Would also like to get some names for real estate lawyer. I am in the Katy area but anyone from Houston will do. I would need someone to build out the store, signs etc so would appreciate a name for that as well. Thank you.
