Restaurant suggestion

Looking for suggestions. Hi there folks. I'm having my birthday this week and my wife want us to go for a good, relax place for dinner. We enjoy going to places that has something like jazz music on the background…you get the point. I appreciate any advice. Area can be Houston, Sugar Land, or Richmond. We are currently in Rosenberg.
