Dual-branded hotel, grocery store in downtown Houston to break ground next month

Sugar Land-based Neway Hospitality is developing a combined Holiday Inn Express and Staybridge Suites hotel in downtown Houston. The ground floor of the hotel will have a 30,000-square-foot grocery store called Urban Street Market.
