Star Cinema Grill owner Culinary Khancepts snatches up two of three Liberty Kitchen locations

The parent company of Houston-based concepts Star Cinema Grill and State Fare Kitchen & Bar is purchasing two more restaurants: Liberty Kitchen at the Treehouse in Memorial City and Liberty Kitchen & Oysterette in River Oaks. 

Culinary Khancepts will reopen Liberty Kitchen’s River Oaks location on Aug. 7 and the Memorial City location on Aug. 14. The River Oaks location is at 4224 San Felipe St., just east of the Uptown District; the Memorial City location is at 963 Bunker Hill Road. The restaurants…
