Looking for 55+ community for the parents

Hi all, may have to move my out of state aging parents nearby (for many reasons, health etc.) and am looking for 55+ gated communities with garage and no stairs and accept 2 small dogs.

They would like a little social opportunity with cards, bingo, etc.

Any recommendations?

Either purchase or rent and we are in the energy corridor so bonus points if nearby.
