Texas TWC question from ex Houstonian

Hi y'all, I recently moved back to S. California after 5 years working and living in Houston and I'm planning to apply for unemployment in Texas starting in Sept. I looked at the TWC site and it looks like I qualify since I have been working in TX for the last 5 years until Feb. of 2020.

Has anyone been in a similar situation? Applying for benefits with TWC from another state?

btw weather is great here in CA but I honestly miss the nice folks of Houston.
