Anniversary Date – Omakase Suggestions

Houston had really exploded with Omakase options in the past couple years. Have anyone gone to different locations, and able to recommend the top Omakases/"quirks" of different locations?

My wife & I had gone to Soto & Uchi before, and this year, Neo, MF Sushi, and 5kinokawa are on our short list. I want to try Neo, but not sure if going through the hassle of their reservation process is worth it compared to MF Sushi. Both seems to be around the 250$pp range.
