Received a package addressed to me that i didn’t order

Received an iPhone that i didn’t order It was addressed to me with my name and address

Checked with friends and family. No one sent a gift unfortunately🥲 No charges on my card or from Verizon

Seems like some form of scam The question is do i keep it and use it or file a police complaint for identity theft? What’s the best course of action here?
