Weekend Asian food tour- build my itinerary!

A Saturday and Sunday, goal is to eat lots of good Asian food. Some things on the possible list in no particular order (we are staying west of downtown but will take the kids to the museums at some point)

Dinner– crawfish and noodles Dim sum– golden something.. king? Snackies, boba, coffee/matcha- Nu Cafe, Saigon arts, blkdog, others? Japanese– izakaya wa, seiwa

I'd also love an option for Korean fried chicken, banh mi, your fav Viet place, and a killer bakery (we have 85* where I live so looking for something more local to Houston). Where have I screwed up and what am I missing? I'm bringing my stretchy pants.
