July real estate: Home sales down in most local ZIP codes, including Heights, Montrose

The total number of homes sold in was lower in four of five local ZIP codes covering the Heights, River Oaks and Montrose areas when comparing July 2023 to July 2022, rising in the 77098 ZIP code, which covers parts of River Oaks and Upper Kirby.
