Houston ad agency Decode inks lease in Heights’ M-K-T mixed-use development

While many office buildings in Houston have struggled to sign new tenants amid the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic, one mixed-use development in the Heights has landed a new occupant.

Houston-based advertising agency Decode has agreed to lease 13,006 square feet at M-K-T, a 200,000-square-foot redevelopment project underway between 6th and 7th streets along North Shepherd Street. Decode’s current office is at 3815 Montrose Blvd.
