Recommendation for transport from IAH to Downtown and then onwards

Hi all,

I wondered if anyone had any recommendations for transport from IAH to Downtime (5 people + 10 cases) and then going down to the southern coast?

I appreciate I could book an Uber/Lyftt but would prefer to support local business whenever possible.

Would appreciate any recommendations.
