Dryer vent/lint cleaning

Can anyone recommend someone who can clean out the lint from a dryer vent, remove a bird nest from the outside vent, and install guards on the outside vents? I live in a 3 story townhome.so.the outside vents are pretty high (greater than 20 feet). Thanks!!
