Southern Land Company announces plans for first Houston mixed-use project in Upper Kirby

Southern Land Company plans to develop the nearly two acres of land at 2811 Kirby Drive, Houston, into two buildings: a 36-story residential tower and a 75,000-square-foot office building. The project is slated to break ground in spring 2024.
