Generator running every day at neighbors/business. driving me crazy! What are my options.

So long story short I purchased a home a in February 2021. At the time I had 0 neighbors as the area is being developed. There was what seemed to be a shop next to the the house being built. From what I have gathered it is a marble and granite yard where they cut the large stone and take it off to install. There is currently 1 or 2 people there that operate it. It was quiet during the 2 months I was looking at the house, and as I’ve come to learn the owner takes off every February – early march which is when I was looking at the house and there was no issues since he was gone.

Since April of 21, they run a generator all day from 7am up to 10-11 am. Every day. Mon- Sun.

I’ve asked politely several times via text if he can figure out a solution to reduce the noise pollution as i can hear the generator inside my home no matter how loud the tv is.

I had an air purifier going full blast, white noise from all speakers just to drown out the noise. but there is no reason I should be doing all of that just to enjoy sitting in my home.

I’ve had conversations and he says he’s tried to lessens the noise but I know that’s bs since it’s just as loud. So I’ve come here to see what my options are. Anyone have anything I can possibly do to get some action taken. I don’t mind him using it as I know it’s to operate his business, but Just drop the decibles so I don’t go crazy inside my home.
