What is going on with Dunlavy between West Grey and Allen Parkway?

The left turns at West Grey are a source of constant accidents. The intersection at West Dallas is not striped in any direction. Drivers must determine without guidance whether it’s four lanes wide or two lanes wide, and not everyone comes to the same conclusion at the same time. These are such basic issues that lead to constant problems.

I can only imagine there’s some planned project being delayed that’s the culprit. Anyone got the deets?
