AMC 30 on Gulf Freeway – major outages

The IMAX theater AC is out, the projectors out in other theaters, and the credit card system for refunds is also out. They are only providing guest passes in lieu of money.

Edit: when I finally got to the front of the line, they said their printer is broken and it would take 3-4 days to be repaired. Somehow the printer is integral in processing refunds. They didn’t seem be able to help rebook tickets either to another showing on a different day. When I asked how long Oppenheimer would be available in IMAX, I was only told there are showing in a week.
